Company Background

Montague Property Management is a fourth generation, family owned company with experience in all types of property management, including homeowner's associations, condominium associations, residential properties, apartment complexes, and commercial property management.  Our company includes an enthusiastic team of real estate professionals who are responsible for the management of a wide variety of properties, small and large, ​​from new construction to older communities.

Qualifications

Our employees have been working in the real estate field for many years.  In addition to property management, our company has close to 100 years of experience in all aspects of real estate in both Philadelphia and New Jersey, including complex maintenance, property renovations, and new construction that gives us knowledge in every aspect of the industry.  These varied experiences over the years have given us a level of experience that many property managers don't have.  We have a licensed appraiser and notary public in-house as well.  


We at Montague Property Management are constantly striving to gain more knowledge and improve our business. We are proud members of the Community Association Institute, which offers continuing education and valuable resources.  Tom Montague (Owner) and son Tommy Montague (Assistant Manager), both hold dual degrees in Real Estate and Accounting from Temple University.  Tom has been in the real estate industry in Bucks County for over 30 years, with customers in the Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia areas.
